Modern apartment, nice experience on vacation. Favourable and marvellous setting, just off supermarket, trains, buses, vaporetto and Grand Canal, and the main bus terminal.

The place was modern, fairly clean. Beautifully maintained and decent sized rooms, all with air conditioning.

Place was modern and a minute walk from a Roman Catholic church. It was located in a very quite area close to all attractions.

Great location, walking distance to main bus terminal. Spacious, quiet room with clean bed linen and towels. English-speaking host and air-conditioned room. Basic amenities provided. Communication, staff, and check-in were easy.

A really good place to stay, had good 1 night here. Staff was outstandingly accommodating all around. The setting was magnificent.

Deceptive advertising of "private bathroom" resulted in shared facilities or inadequate room setups. Inaccurate representation of rooms in online photos, causing disappointment upon arrival.

Suitable for walking around. Unbeatable and awesome setting close to everything. Found really close to one stroller-wheel-chair-unfriendly bridge on the way as well as train station and grande canal. Recommend it.

We had a nice stay in Venice just off railway station as well as all main attractions.

Its rooms were beautifully maintained, the staff was helpful, we had a fairly nice stay on vacation. The host met us and explained everything. The bedroom had exceptionally comfortable bed, loved it. The window was facing garden.

The place is fairly clean with perfect and beautifully maintained room, and views on a secluded garden. The beds are comfortable, I liked them. It is perfect base for walking around.
